I’m doing my first day of meditating. I woke up a little earlier than usual to set up and ease into my meditation practice for the day. I sat down in my designated spot and made sure my room was clean and i had my laptop set up with my chosen mediated for the day. I chose a 15 minute introduction to meditation which spent about 5 minutes talking about meditation and 10 minutes of doing body analysis and breath work. I felt a bit sleepy during the mediation but overall I felt quite light and my mind felt at ease.
