In the comic above, I am holding a bowl as I bake cookies. I am happy because I am able to focus on my task at hand and not be distracted by my phone. My phone rings in the other room but I cannot hear it. If it was right beside me I would feel as though I have to constantly check it and it in turn would slow me down from the task I am doing. I am doing something I genuinely enjoy uninterrupted for the first time in a while.
