Now that I have completed this project I have a more stable daily routine which I developed in the process of going to sleep earlier. This routine is one that I will continue to use as it has improved my organization and time management along with my happiness levels. I have also learnt more about myself through the observation of other variables (ie socializing) that significantly impacted the results of my challenge. I hope to use this knowledge of myself in the future to benefit my happiness levels in everyday life.
