The comic I drew represents which events took place on the days that I got the highest happiness ratings. I found that in addition to sleeping 7 (or more) hours in one night socializing with my friends was a key factor to my happiness. Even when I did not sleep 7 hours a day socializing boosted my happiness score significantly, hence, I believe that socializing is a habit that is essential to my happiness (but still best paired with a good nights sleep). I have always known that as an extrovert spending time with friends positively affected my mood but it wasn’t until I began tracking my happiness that I realized the extent of its effects.
