Before, I would sleep in past 1pm and even until the afternoon because I would sleep very late. For the first day, I tried falling asleep earlier to fix my sleep schedule and set an alarm for 10:30am on the week end but it was harder than I thought because I felt very groggy not sleeping in on the weekend and it was harder to fall asleep earlier because I am not used to it. To continue, I must maintain my sleep schedule I have made for the rest of the week.
