The lowest point of my get cape wellness practice was definitely the days where I had a sudden change in my schedule. I have averaged my sleep on most days to meet the standard I have set but I have one class at 8am in person so I am forced to wake up at 7am which is a bit earlier than most days. This sudden change affects my energy and I must try to work around this and set an average in order to wake up and sleep earlier.
