In terms of my wellness practice being energy, I am happy with my results. Of course I could do a better job as I continue with my wellness practice. I have discovered that my low results are from the earlier classes that affect my average sleep so I am continuing to figure out how to move around that and go forward with my wellness practice to meet a good amount of energy even during early morning classes. My biggest limitation to my get cape study was definitely effort. In order to maintain my sleep and energy, I needed to push myself to go forward with the set plan. As mentioned, Some days I got extra sleep which provided me with a set amount of energy and some days, I got under average the limit I set myself. Variables do exist such as the sudden schedule changes but I need to stop making excuses and Work around it.
