In this comic, I sit myself in meditation visualizing the places in my body where I feel my stress (heart). I am listening to music and also thinking about “melting away” stress during a workout. During this time I am actively visualizing stress leaving my body as a breathe using the box technique (4 second inhale, 4 second pause, 4 second exhale). I am also banishing stress induced by time as that can be and is a huge contributor to my stress levels.
