According to the results of two graphs, now I’m looking happy and less stressed by doing different exercises. I have changed a lot and I mostly got the result of my happiness 4 or 5 out of 5 which was only 2 or 2.5 when I had started my plan. So, exercise is a best way to stay happy because it increases brain chemicals such as endorphins, dopamine and so on, which helps to stay confident and feels like less anxiety and stress.
