The Get Cape study led me to the conclusion that sleeping 8 hours daily could help me become more effective when studying. My productivity has increased. My routine has improved as well. I have enjoyed collecting data every day. Getting enough sleep helps me stay focused. Yet I have found that emotions are unpredictable. On some days I felt depressed, but I never gave up. By completing this project, I realized how important it is to have a daily routine in order to live a happier life.
