As for how my results so far on Day 7, a lot has genuinely changed regarding my mood, body, and social interactions. In this picture, I woke up naturally early in the morning, organized my bed, and overall feel in a better mood. Unlike before, I would typically wake up 10 minutes before class and have little to no energy, but now I feel a lot more energetic. Due to these changes, it has ultimately improved my life in certain aspects which makes me happy!
