I like to practice my deep breathing and de stressing in a quiet room. Usually I sit on my couch. I wait until it’s very quiet and practice my deep breathing until I feel more calm. I have found that this has been working, especially before I write an exam. There is a checklist beside me of what times each day I need to do this.
