It’s officially been 7 days since I started meditating and I can finally stay awake for the entire practice. I genuinely feel quite a difference in my day since I started guided meditation. I feel lighter and it feels like I have a blank canvas at the start of everyday without any prior worries or any anxious thoughts. I’ve also been able to increase my time to 20 minutes. An addition i’ve added is using my diffuser while I meditate. I put in a peppermint essential oil which really opens up my senses and also helps with my headaches that I experience at times.
