I put my textbooks in my backpack and clear my desk. These little changes help the room look more organized than before. At the same time, as my room becomes more clean and neat, my anxiety gradually decreases a bit. Even though the time is still too early for me to fall asleep, my tidy room still helps me to avoid staying up late.
