Something that I rarely do that will benefit my mental health and enhance my happiness is meditating. What I am doing is thinking about my 14 day study and the things that I need, such as a timer, a cushion to sit on, comfortable clothes, and a candle to create a relaxing atmosphere. There are also things that I will have to put out of sight to avoid distraction, such as my phone and people.
