In the scene above you see the stick figure (me) sitting around playing video games on their computer daydreaming of lifting weights. The person pictured above used to go to the gym and workout every single day before COVID-19 hit the world and put everyone in lock down, it was a hobby that was not anymore. Motivation was no more, however there are ways that the hobby could be revived.
