This project has improved my overall state of life and benefitted me. Whether if the change was subtle or huge, this was an opportunity to see if i am capable of changing myself and improving my mental health. Sleep and energy was a problem for me since the summer due to work and adding school to the mix has worsened the problem. I have managed improve myself and obviously changes could have been for improvement but I will continue to do my practices to further improve my current results. Maybe next, I will work on my distraction as I tend to get distracted from my tasks. Even though I know I get my work done, I want to be able to minimize these distractions. Let’s see where I will fly to next!
