In this comic I am showing how I felt on my first day of my wellness practices. I had very bad anxiety and bad habits. Although throughout the 14 day study I was consistent with doing my breathing exercises which ultimately helped me deal with my anxious feelings. Now I am much more happier and less stressed person.
