This comic consists of 2 boxes. The first box shows a stickman sitting at his computer doing his homework. The second box shows the same stickman at his computer but this time he is not doing his homework. Instead his computer screen shows a video of a cat wearing a hat, which is making him laugh and distracting him from staying focused.

Step #1 – Back Story

My comic shows a stickman doing his homework, and then being completely distracted by a video of a cat.

There is a phone and a computer with a cat wearing a hat, both with prohibition signs going through them. Beside this is a clock with 1 hour displayed on it, demonstrating how long I will be off these devices per day.

Step #2 – Get cape – preparing for change

I am getting prepared to eliminate the displayed distractions above for at least 1 hour per day.

This was the best day of my practice! Everything seemed to be going perfectly which resulted in me being completely focused and happy.
