Now that I’ve completed the Get cape – wear cape project, I understand how changing one small aspect in your life can make a difference. Although the project is over I’ve continued to exercise (not every day but 3-5 x a week), and I’ve never felt better. I feel more confident and there’s something about being consistent like a routine that makes me feel successful and at peace, I feel really good. I’m grateful for this project for getting me started on something that was so simple, yet lacked motivation to complete. I’m proud of myself!
