This 14 day practice has surely changed my perspective on many things. Meditation has made me appreciate the present time more and focus on what is happening around me, making me a happier person. This has helped me reduce my negative thoughts by channeling more of the positive aspects in my life. Before, I tended to only think about the past and the future, and although I may still do that at times, meditation has taught me the significance of focusing on my present state and that there are other purposes of life, other than constantly worrying about what once was or what will be. These lessons will continue to impact my well-being immensely.
