The best day for me was certainly the seventh day of doing my Get cape project. This day was the best day for many reasons. On this day I was finally able to take deep breaths in and out without the constant feeling of having a lump in my throat from stress. Not only was I starting to get used to focusing during meditation, I also was able to control my negative thoughts better, making me fully focused. I noticed on this day how much my perspective had changed for the better, for example I realized that I should stop spending so much time on thinking of the worst possible outcome in every situation and focus on the present moment.
