My best day was a day I felt I had so much energy compared to normal. Not just energy but an overall feeling of success, euphoria and gratitude. I did complete my workout 100%, but I believe it was the external factors which contributed to my energy levels increasing, since I completed my workouts on most days. On this day, the night prior I had 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep which is abnormal for me. I ate really well before and after the gym and I got to see my friends whom I haven’t seen in a long time. I felt amazing.
