The hardest day for me to conduct my study was the second day. I was very anxious and I felt a bit unhappy. I had bottled up my emotions for longer than I should have, which initially caused me to not feel very happy. Small things kept irritating me which kept worsening my mood. This also impacted me during my meditation as I became flustered, making it even more difficult to meditate and focus. Since this was only my second day completing this practice, it made it more difficult to focus and relax.
