Throughout this study I have learned many valuable things by examining my averages and the two graphs. These graphs have taught me how beneficial and important it is to put in the effort and focus on myself. I also learned that my stress truly does take a toll on my happiness and affects my day to day life as I am constantly thinking about the worst outcomes. The conclusion that I have made in my study is that although I may deal with anxiety, there are ways to help me deal with it, such as meditation, which allows my brain to relax and focus more on the present time rather than thinking unnecessary thoughts.
