It was hard to fall asleep on the first day of changing my sleeping routine, as I was used to staying up late at night. Thus, I was very tired and sleepy at next day. Nonetheless, I need to stay awake until night, cause if I sleep in the daytime, it will be much more difficult to change my body clock. The good news is that I succeed, but I was very sleepy at 10 PM, I even refuse to eat dinner as the desire of going to sleeping is too strong.
