I chose to set an alarm on my phone every morning at 8:30am to intentionally practice my gratitudes first thing. I believe doing this consistently will naturally condition myself to start everyday peaceful and happy. Hand in hand with being peaceful and happy comes in the hot yoga classes I’ve began taking. This has helped my end my days practicing gratitude internally, I often struggle with thanking myself for all the things that I do for not only myself but those around me so yoga has been immensely helpful for that as well as many other things.
