After completing this Get Cape study, I have concluded that meditating has helped me with staying awake and focused on my tasks. It has also allowed me to build better study habits. Looking at the results, I have also seen a slight increase in happiness from when I first started, and to where I have now ended. Perhaps my feelings may have been also been affected by external factors, such as Halloween being my birthday. This meant that even though I may have not meditated for as long as I intended, I was still in a good mood due to celebrations and gifts I received during that week.
