In my life, if things are not going well or if I make a mistake, I tend to start worrying about so many things and can’t stop it. I’ve always been anxious about everything related to my future, school works, and relationships with people around me even though I’ve been either doing okay or great. When I am overwhelmed by my worries, anxieties, and burdens, I easily lose control of myself and get depressed. I tried to show how insecure I am when I have only negative thoughts all around me.
